Fimbristylis cymosa subsp. umbellatocapitata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari China selatan hingga Pasifik. Nama ilmiah Fimbristylis cymosa subsp. umbellatocapitata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William (Wilhelm) Hillebrand pada tahun 1964.
