Floscopa africana subsp. majuscula adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Commelinaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan tropis Afrika barat dan barat-tengah. Nama ilmiah Floscopa africana subsp. majuscula pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Charles Baron Clarke pada tahun 1968.
