Forestiera acuminata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Oleaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Amerika Serikat bagian tengah dan tenggara. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan eastern swampprivet. Nama ilmiah Forestiera acuminata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis André Michaux pada tahun 1812.
