Fraxinus potosina merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Oleaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko (Nuevo León, San Luis Potosí). Nama ilmiah Fraxinus potosina pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Townshend Stith Brandegee pada tahun 1912.
