Froesia diffusa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Ochnaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Brazil (Acre) hingga Peru. Nama ilmiah Froesia diffusa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Roy Emile Gereau pada tahun 1994.
