Fuchsia excorticata merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Onagraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Selandia Baru. Nama ilmiah Fuchsia excorticata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Johann Reinhold Forster pada tahun 1782.
