Fuchsia huanucoensis merupakan tumbuhan perdu dari famili Onagraceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Peru (Huánuco). Nama ilmiah Fuchsia huanucoensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Paul Edward Berry pada tahun 1985.
