Gabonius ngouniensis merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Gabon. Nama ilmiah Gabonius ngouniensis diperkenalkan oleh François Pellegrin pada tahun 2013.
