Gahnia setifolia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Selandia Baru. Nama ilmiah Gahnia setifolia pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Achille Richard pada tahun 1853.
