Gahnia vitiensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan fijian sawsedge. Nama ilmiah Gahnia vitiensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alfred Barton Rendle pada tahun 1909.
