Gamogyne deceptrix merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Araceae (suku talas-talasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kalimantan (Kalimantan). Nama ilmiah Gamogyne deceptrix diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Peter Charles Boyce pada tahun 2018.
