Garcinia balansae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Clusiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kaledonia Baru. Nama ilmiah Garcinia balansae diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Jean Baptiste Louis Pierre pada tahun 1883.
