Garcinia ceramica merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Clusiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Maluku (Seram). Nama ilmiah Garcinia ceramica diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Jacob Gijsbert Boerlage pada tahun 1899.
