Garcinia orthoclada merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Clusiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Madagaskar timur-tengah. Nama ilmiah Garcinia orthoclada diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama John Gilbert Baker pada tahun 1887.
