Garcinia preussii merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Clusiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan tropis Afrika bagian barat-tengah. Nama ilmiah Garcinia preussii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Heinrich Gustav Adolf Engler pada tahun 1908.
