Garrya glaberrima merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Garryaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko timur laut. Nama ilmiah Garrya glaberrima pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Walther Wangerin pada tahun 1910.
