Gastrochilus flabelliformis merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel di batang tumbuhan lain (epifit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah India bagian barat, Sri Lanka. Nama ilmiah Gastrochilus flabelliformis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ethelbert Blatter pada tahun 1976.
