Gastrolepis alticola merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Stemonuraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kaledonia Baru. Nama ilmiah Gastrolepis alticola pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2008.
