Gaulettia parillo adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Chrysobalanaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan tropis Amerika selatan. Nama ilmiah Gaulettia parillo pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Augustin Pyramus de Candolle pada tahun 2014.
