Gayophytum diffusum subsp. parviflorum merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Onagraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kanada barat, Amerika Serikat bagian barat dan barat-tengah, hingga Meksiko (Baja California Norte). Nama ilmiah Gayophytum diffusum subsp. parviflorum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Frank Harlan Lewis pada tahun 1964.
