Gentianella amarella subsp. septentrionalis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Gentianaceae yang memiliki siklus hidup dua musim (biennial). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Islandia, Inggris utara dan tengah. Nama ilmiah Gentianella amarella subsp. septentrionalis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama George Claridge Druce pada tahun 1960.
