Geophila cordata merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Nama ilmiah Geophila cordata diperkenalkan oleh Friedrich Anton Wilhelm Miquel pada tahun 1843. Nama ini merupakan sinonim dari Geophila herbacea.
