Geophila obvallata subsp. ioides merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan tropis Afrika. Nama ilmiah Geophila obvallata subsp. ioides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Karl Moritz Schumann pada tahun 1975.
