Geranium alpicola adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Geraniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko (Veracruz, Oaxaca, Chiapas), hingga Guatemala. Nama ilmiah Geranium alpicola diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ludwig Eduard Theodor Loesener pada tahun 1903.
