Geranium ayacuchense adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Geraniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis di wilayah Peru. Nama ilmiah Geranium ayacuchense pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Reinhard Gustav Paul Knuth pada tahun 1922.
