Geranium hintonii merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Geraniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Meksiko (Guerrero tengah, Oaxaca). Nama ilmiah Geranium hintonii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Harold Emery Moore pada tahun 1943.
