Geranium jahnii merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Geraniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis di wilayah Venezuela barat laut (Trujillo). Nama ilmiah Geranium jahnii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Paul Carpenter Standley pada tahun 1915.
