Geranium matucanense merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Geraniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis di wilayah Peru tengah. Nama ilmiah Geranium matucanense diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Reinhard Gustav Paul Knuth pada tahun 1930.
