Geum quellyon merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Chili tengah dan selatan. Nama ilmiah Geum quellyon pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Robert Sweet pada tahun 1829.
