Gibbaeum heathii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Aizoaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape (Little Karoo). Nama ilmiah Gibbaeum heathii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Nicholas Edward Brown pada tahun 1937.
