Gilia capitata subsp. mediomontana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Polemoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah California. Nama ilmiah Gilia capitata subsp. mediomontana diperkenalkan oleh Verne Edwin Grant pada tahun 1950.
