Gladiolus martleyi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Iridaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat-barat-daya. Nama ilmiah Gladiolus martleyi diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Harriet Margaret Louisa Bolus (née Kensit) pada tahun 1933.
