Gladiolus mostertiae merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Iridaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat (sekitar Nieuwoudtville). Nama ilmiah Gladiolus mostertiae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Harriet Margaret Louisa Bolus (née Kensit) pada tahun 1922.
