Glochidion lanyuense adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Phyllanthaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Taiwan (Lan Yü). Nama ilmiah Glochidion lanyuense pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2020.
