Glossocardia leschenaultii merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Jawa (Madura). Nama ilmiah Glossocardia leschenaultii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alexandre Henri Gabriel de Cassini pada tahun 1991.
