Glycine canescens merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menjalar. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Australia. Nama ilmiah Glycine canescens diperkenalkan oleh Frederick Joseph Hermann pada tahun 1962.
