Gnidia pallida adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Thymelaeaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape. Nama ilmiah Gnidia pallida pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Daniel Friedrich Meissner pada tahun 1840.
