Gnidia setosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Thymelaeaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Gnidia setosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Johan Emanuel Wikström pada tahun 1818.
