Gomphocarpus fruticosus subsp. flavidus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari kawasan tropis Afrika bagian timur laut hingga Kenya. Nama ilmiah Gomphocarpus fruticosus subsp. flavidus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Nicholas Edward Brown pada tahun 1996.
