Gomphrena nitida adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Amaranthaceae (suku bayam-bayaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Arizona tenggara hingga Texas barat dan Meksiko. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan pearly globe amaranth.
