Gongylolepis bracteata merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Venezuela (Amazonas, Bolívar). Nama ilmiah Gongylolepis bracteata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Bassett Maguire pada tahun 1953.
