Gongylotaxis rechingeri merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Afghanistan tengah. Nama ilmiah Gongylotaxis rechingeri diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Michael Georgievich Pimenov pada tahun 1996.
