Goniothalamus aruensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Annonaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua (termasuk Kepulauan Aru), Kepulauan Solomon.
