Goodenia nigrescens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Goodeniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Northern Territory utara-tengah. Nama ilmiah Goodenia nigrescens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Roger Charles Carolin pada tahun 1990.
