Grammitis azorica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Azores (Flores). Nama ilmiah Grammitis azorica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Hanno Schaefer pada tahun 2007.
