Grammitis basalis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Ekuador. Nama ilmiah Grammitis basalis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William Ralph Maxon pada tahun 1984.
