Grammitis hookeri adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Fiji, Amerikan Samoa (Tutuila), Kepulauan Hawaii. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan hooker's dwarf polypody. Nama ilmiah Grammitis hookeri pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William Dunlop Brackenridge pada tahun 1952.
