Grammitis hornei merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Solomon, Fiji. Nama ilmiah Grammitis hornei diperkenalkan oleh John Gilbert Baker pada tahun 2018.
