Grammitis palauensis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Palau (Babeldoab). Nama ilmiah Grammitis palauensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Takahide Hosokawa pada tahun 1941.
