Grammitis sodiroi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kolombia (Nariño) hingga Ekuador. Nama ilmiah Grammitis sodiroi diperkenalkan oleh Konrad Hermann Heinrich Christ pada tahun 1967.
